Although it's a traditional JRPG way to go, id say that its slowly dieing it. Square Enix should really do some crazy battle system like Star Ocean. Wouldn't that be pretty crazy, Final Fantasy story + Chars with the Star Ocean combat system and over exagerated laser beams from hand guns. I think they tried to do that with 12 but it was seriously a boring game......Disgaea combat system + Final Fantasy 7 - 10 chars ...
